Terms & Conditions

Effective 17 June 2026

These terms govern your use of qpaper (qpaper.in), operated by qpaper. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. What qpaper does

qpaper is an online tool that generates original, exam-style question papers for CBSE Class 9 & 10 Maths and Science, in Hindi and English, and lets you export them as PDF or Word files with answer keys.

2. Accounts

Some features (downloading papers, paid passes) require an account, which we provide through our sign-in partner. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Free tier and paid passes

qpaper offers a free tier so you can try the tool before paying. Paid plans are one-time access passes (not auto-renewing subscriptions): the Monthly pass grants unlimited papers for 30 days and the Annual pass for 365 days.

Current pricing: ₹99 for 30 days and ₹699 for 365 days. Prices may change, but a change never affects a pass you've already bought. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we don't store your card details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute or sublicense access to qpaper itself;
  • use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract our question bank;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

5. Intellectual property and your papers

The qpaper software, brand and question bank are owned by us. The questions are original and generated for the CBSE/NCERT syllabus; we do not copy NCERT textbooks verbatim or redistribute NCERT PDFs, and you must not either.

Papers you generate are yours to use for teaching, practice and assessment in your school or classroom. You may print and share them with your own students.

6. Disclaimer

Questions are generated by an AI system and reviewed for the CBSE pattern, but we cannot guarantee they are error-free or that they match any specific exam. Please review every paper before using it for a graded assessment. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
