Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you buy

qpaper has a free tier that lets you build, preview and download papers before paying. We encourage you to use it so you know exactly what you're getting before purchasing a pass.

2. What you're buying

Paid plans are one-time digital access passes, not auto-renewing subscriptions. The Monthly pass (₹99) grants unlimited papers for 30 days; the Annual pass (₹699) for 365 days. Because there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge — access simply ends when the pass expires.

3. Delivery

qpaper is a digital service. Access is granted instantly and automatically once your payment is confirmed — there is no physical shipment. If access doesn't activate within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.

4. Refunds

If your pass didn't activate, you were charged in error, or you were charged twice, we'll refund you in full. Beyond that, because this is a digital product with a free tier to try first, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you've not made substantial use of the pass.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment partner, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@qpaper.in from the address on your account, with your payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
